The Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover comes in a transparent white bottle with a screw on cap. The bottle mouth does not have a controlled dispersion mechanism, thus making the packaging not-at-all travel friendly.
The Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is a bi-phased eye makeup remover and you have to give the bottle a nice shake to mix the two layers properly before using the product.
This makeup remover removes eye makeup , even stubborn mascara and waterproof eyeliners very easily and is extremely gentle too. I usually soak up a cotton pad with the remover and keep it on my eyelids for about 5 seconds and voila! it just dissolves and takes away all of the makeup I am wearing at the moment. Since it has never caused any irritation to my eyes, I also sometimes soak up a Q-tip in the remover and take off eyeliners from under the upper lashes or from the waterline. This is also a great remover to take off lip makeup .
The brands claims the product to be non-oily , however there are traces of oil that remain around my eye area after I’ve taken off all the makeup. Washing my face with plain water takes away the residual oil. The sensitive eye area has never felt sore, dry or itchy after using this makeup remover even multiple times a day.

Overall, The Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is by-far the best drugstore makeup remover that I have tried and I whole heartedly recommend all of you readers to give it a try. It does its job very well , and never irritates the sensitive eye area. There are some oily residues left behind post usage but that can easily be washed off with plain water. Also, the packaging is a bit of bummer for such a great product. Other than that, there is nothing that should stop you from trying this amazing drugstore product.

Highly recommended!!

After one quick swipe! A gentle swipe with a pause or two swipes will take off all of that completely

They packaging is not at all user friendly… A lot of product might come out if not controlled properly… Maybelline is my favourite budget friendly makeup remover… Nicely reviewed dear..

aahhh i got excited reading oil free, most of makeup removers are bi-phase and leave oil trace.
