The Kryolan Dry Rouge (Blusher)
comes in a round silver-grey pan with a transparent plastic lid that closes tight with a click. The Kryolan logo is engraved on the blush cake and looks quite interesting! The packaging is simple and I like it. I don’t really mind the absence of a brush or mirror because anyway I never use brushes that come with eyeshadows or blushes and prefer to use my regular face brushes.

The shade R6 is a deep Pink-Red and is quite a popular shade among those who’ve tried Kryolan Blushes.

The Blush is extremely pigmented and just a slight touch of the brush picks up a lot of product. You must always tap off the excess product with these Kryolan Blushes since their pigmentation is absolutely astounding. This is a great shade for medium to dark complexions and shows up well.

The texture is super fine and smooth, almost creamy to touch but powdery when applied. Blending is one issue that I face with both my Kryolan Blushes. It needs a bit of effort in there.
(Tip: When you feel you’re losing control over the color, or need help with blending, try taking some compact powder on your blush brush and blend using that!! It will make your job much easier!!)

Over a base, it stays all day and is perfect for party or evening wear with deep lips in shades of Red and Fuchsias.

Overall, The Kryolan Dry Rouge in the shade R6 is one the smoothest and most pigmented  blushes that I own. The blush ranks low on blending ability , however since it stays on me all day and shows up well on my medium skin, there isn’t really anything I can complain about at that price. There are many shades to choose from at Kryolan and finding one that is according to your liking may not be an issue at all!!
