Hi all,
Well, every girl needs colors in her life, and probably 99.99 % start their tryst with makeup with nail colors and Kohl…..So, I guess, that’s reason enough for any woman to buy the nail color that I’m going to talk about today…
It is the Oriflame Very Me NAIL GRAFFITI Top Coat (INR 198 for 8 ml) in Blue. Its a cobalt blue Crackle effect Top Coat and I usually like to pair it with lighter bases like whites, Lilac, Sky Blue or Pale Green like I’m wearing today. The consistency is fairly runny and with a thin coat you get sparsely spaced , lighter cracks whereas with a substantially thicker coat , you get darker, more defined cracks and that’s how I like to wear it. The one thing that I don’t like about this Nail Color is the brush . Its kind of thin and flat. A larger , more dense brush would have made application a lot easier. However I’m not complaining since the wear time (with a top coat) is easily 3-4 days, without chipping, which is enough for me. The packaging is pretty simple , nothing much to write about. Another thing that I’d like to mention is that, do apply this top coat only after your base has completely dried, lets say keep a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours, otherwise, this top coat has a tendency to pull apart the base along with itself if the base is not properly dry..I hope you understand what I am trying to say…..Oh yes!! don’t forget to add clear top coat without which your nail polish may look uneven and ridgy!!
The Oriflame Very Me NAIL GRAFFITI Top Coat is available in three colors: Black, Blue and Pink. The black one went out of stock very early since these were launched this month only at an introductory price of INR 149…sob sob!! I also have the pink one with me….Would post a NOTD with that super soon…
Overall, I really recommend this Nail Polish because of the affordability and wear time, and as a quick fix manicure!!
Hope you enjoyed reading through!!
Have a good day everyone!!!
P.S.: Has anyone here tried NewU nail polishes..They’re so amazing..Pictured above is #28- Green Apple, a pastel green Apple shade..Total love for summers!!
